We do deliveries ourselves and only locally - this means your tree is freshly prepared with no spending a night in a depot somewhere.

Deliveries begin on Thursday 28th November, otherwise it's Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays for just £5. Delivery time can be between 9am-6pm.

We will provide a tracking link & approximate delivery window on the date of delivery

Please leave details of a safe place at checkout as redeliveries will be charged at £10

We know getting the right tree is important. We do our best to get the best trees possible for you. However, if you are not happy for whatever reason we will bring you a new tree and remove the old one.

We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery & a £10 re-delivery & collection charge will apply.

Alternatively, you are welcome to bring the tree back to our Peterborough site and take a new one

As Christmas trees are perishable items, we cannot accept returns. However, in the unlikely event there is an issue with quality of your tree let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace

All trees will be within the height range in cm ordered. Heights in feet are for guidance only

Trees are by nature all different and variations such as symmetry, thickness and height within the size category are not cause for a replacement.
